FROM SUCCESS EDUCATION COURSE
Audio

You Are Not A Victim – Be “Response-Able”

You must know and understand that you have a choice at all times, that you create your own reality and are not a victim. You must be willing to acknowledge both the internal and the external aspects of the seven aspects of sovereignty, and achieve balance in all these areas. You must acknowledge that education is the key to unlock the door of a successful life.

You must factor yourself into the new paradigm development plan with education, training and human development at the core. There is no project or business development that can ultimately succeed without both personal and professional development. True holistic education and training has been sorely undervalued and largely unavailable to the general population, and as a developed society and nation, we’ve paid dearly for the mistake. Remember, freedom and ignorance can never co-exist.

“People seem not to see that their opinion of the world is also a confession of character.” -Ralph Waldo Emerson

You must examine your belief structures and end self-deception and denial. This involves telling the truth, for the truth shall set you free. It means a thorough reflection, self-examination and assessment of your strengths and weaknesses. Where there is strength, the integration of those strengths with what you do and who you are. And where there is weakness, the healing and development of those aspects of yourself.

“The unexamined life is not worth living.” -Socrates

This may involves embracing the shadow, or unconscious aspect of yourself. This may also involve looking at your self-worth and self-esteem issues. This may involve your physical or emotional health and well-being. You must deprogram the mind control systems that dominate our information systems today, and free your own mind. You must retire political correctness and the good opinion of others over your own thoughts.

You must release the prejudices and preconceptions that have kept you a slave in your own mind. You must release feelings of insecurity, expectations and false attachments.

“The people who are the most bigoted are the people who have no convictions at all.” -Gilbert Chesterton

You must break through all fears. Fears such as – not understanding, making a mistake, fears of the government, of the IRS or Revenue Canada, of going to prison, of offshore investments, of losing money, of death and taxes, of being yourself, of being seen, of public speaking. There are so many kinds of fears but they are all rooted in the same fear of death or survival.

“Fear leads you directly into the path of that which you fear.” -Anonymous

“If you are seeking creative ideas, go out walking. Angels whisper to a man when he goes for a walk.” -Raymond Inmon

You must experience yourself as worthy and break through old family patterns that keep you from living an abundant and prosperous life. You must experience courage, faith, kindness, contentment and joy to reach your goals for a happy and successful life.

Deepak Chopra stated in his book The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success, a book that I highly recommend everybody read, “Success is the ability to fulfill your desires with effortless ease.”

In summary, your human and community development includes:

Breakdown and breakthrough experiences

Knowing that you are always at choice

Knowing that you are responsible to create your own reality

Knowing that you are not a victim

Embodying the seven aspects of sovereignty

Achieving balance in your work and living

Acknowledging education as the key to your personal development

Examining your belief structures and ending self-deception and denial

Telling the truth

Taking a serious look at yourself through reflection, contemplation, self-examination and assessment

Assessing your strengths and weaknesses

Embracing the shadow aspect of yourself

Deprogramming mind control systems, media and other limiting thoughts

Reevaluating political correctness and the approval of others

Releasing prejudices and preconceptions

Breaking through all fears

Experiencing yourself as worthy of receiving and having a successful life

Dismantling old family patterns that imprison you

Being courageous through the course of your living

FROM SUCCESS EDUCATION COURSE
Audio

Showing Up

What are the principles of leadership?

One principle of leadership is, that you have to “show up” and be counted, just as all of you listening to this course have done. You had to take a risk, purchase this course, or attend a seminar. You had to have the desire and the passion to learn, to grow beyond your present frame of reference.

To be a leader, you also have to “show up” in your life, home and business. “Showing up” is about being present, being aware and awake. It’s about having the presence of mind, heart and soul to be doing what you came here to do in life, not just talk and theorize about it. It’s about walking your talk. It’s about thinking with your heart.

Too often people allow their fears, insecurities and scarcity consciousness to block them from opportunities presented to them everyday. Being successful involves recognizing the fields of opportunities before they manifest. This is a common trait of successful leaders.

Sharing Risk and Reward

Another principle of leadership is about sharing risks and rewards. All successful people must be willing to share both risks and rewards. It comes with the territory. If you accept the challenge of an opportunity, then you must accept both the risks and rewards. Leaders take risks with both success and failure. For what is failure except the opportunity to learn from one’s mistakes. Leaders are willing to make mistakes where others fear to fail.

Success is not the absence of mistakes or failures, but the willingness to keep going when others give up. Thomas Edison failed 10,000 times before he succeeded in getting the first light bulb to work! Imagine the consequences if he had given up.

Take Risks with Others

Leaders take risks with other people. When you’re showing up as a leader and being seen and heard in a bigger way, suddenly people start acting and treating you a little differently.

They may respect or disrespect you – based on your image and communications style, based on what you may be teaching, or how seriously you may be challenging them and their belief systems. So if you want to live in the normal comfort zone, then being a leader is probably not for you.

Great Rewards in Leadership

There are also great rewards in being a leader, especially in your own life and the life of your families, communities and close associates.

You get to be who you are without compromising. You get to go places and be seen and heard. You get to touch into people’s lives that otherwise would be barred to you. You get to live the dreams most people only dream about because they are too scared, too ignorant, or too comfortable and secure.

Leadership is about excellence and contributing greatness to the emerging consciousness of the world-at-large.

Detach From Approval and Disapproval

Another principle of leadership is to detach from approval and disapproval systems and being yourself.

People may or may not like and approve of you in your leadership role. Your friends of old may not like the insecurity of having their perceptions challenged, and may even cease being your friends.

Family may not approve of your unfamiliar and unconventional ideas. And other people will be so enamored with you that they’d follow you anywhere.

You must detach yourself from approval and disapproval and do what you know is right and true regardless of what other people think. What I like to say is, as Terry Cole Whittaker said; “What other people think about me is none of my business!”

Success is the willingness to keep going when others disapprove of you. And not to be ego-fed and distracted by those who would approve of you either. Success is the willingness to stay focused on the goals and objectives and not get derailed by approval or disapproval.

What Have We Done to Our Leaders?

In modern times, we have done horrible things to our leaders. Herein lie the paradox and the risk of leadership.

Most people have expected far more of our leaders than we ever have of ourselves. We have separated ourselves from our own natural leadership and then put our leaders on pedestals – only to knock them down when they no longer please us.

We put our leaders under the microscope of social and political judgment, examining every detail of their personal lives with fascination, worshipping them like gods or celebrities, before we crucify them.

Most people cannot tolerate the mistakes of our leaders, nor do our leaders dare to confess their mistakes under the scrutiny of such judgment. In extreme cases, we have even killed our leaders when they have too strongly challenged our lies, deceptions and untruths. Look at Ghandi, Kennedy, Martin Luther King, John Lennon, and so many more.

It’s time to take a healthy look at leadership, and to expect as much of ourselves as we do of anyone on the pedestal of leadership. True leaders don’t want followers, but want to inspire leadership in others.

In summary, some of the principles of leadership include:

Show up and be counted

Sharing risk and reward

Taking risks with others

Acknowledging the inherent risks of leadership

Detaching from approval and disapproval of others

Expecting as much from ourselves as we do of our leaders.

FROM SUCCESS EDUCATION COURSE
Audio

Free Enterprise and Circulation

As we’ve learned earlier in this course, the principles of free enterprise are the foundation for a healthy economy committed to creating and producing wealth. But fundamental to the creation and production of wealth is the circulation and movement of that wealth. Without circulation in an economy, the richest of men will starve. It is essential for the health of an economic system, regardless of how much money there is, that the wealth circulates among the people who are the producers in the system. Otherwise, we starve in the land of plenty.

The principles and economics of circulation include understanding money as a medium of exchange, the hoarding or circulation of energy, and understanding money and banking as a control system that is designed to circulate money to the top of the pyramid.

The majority of people in the economic system today are chasing money and attempting to manipulate the system to have money circulate in their direction without necessarily producing anything of great value. The global economy today is run like a casino, circulating money from the bottom to the top while the emerging markets of the world go without even the most basic of human needs, nor sufficient capital from the top of the pyramid to develop those markets.

But you and I have the right to contract in free enterprise and the power to participate in micro-economies to produce wealth by creating goods and services, circulate money and other commodities, and not only reach but develop the emerging markets of the world. This is a new business and finance model- a new paradigm.

Money As Medium of Exchange

Money is nothing more than a medium of energy exchange that must circulate before it has any wealth-building value. Simply having or hoarding money in the bank, or underneath your mattress, does not make you inherently rich. But understanding the principles and economics of circulation does have the potential to make you as rich as you can dream, then to circulate your surplus to the emerging markets of the world.

As we’ve already established in the section on prosperity consciousness, true wealth is based on your relationship with money as a medium of exchange, and tapping into the abundance in yourself and the universe.

The source of true wealth is what you can produce that is needed and wanted by other people in the marketplace, or in your community. Wealth is who you are, your products, your services, your gifts, your offerings, your hands, your expressions, your talents, your intelligence, and your information – that’s the source of true wealth in any economic system. You must never forget this!

Hoarding or Circulation of Energy

Money is made, spent and consumed on a daily basis. It circulates throughout the system of buying and selling everyday. Money has a value that rises and falls, a cycle of circulation and velocity, and it has various gateways and access points to originate and circulate new FRN’s.

It’s like the circulatory system of the body, the blood stream. When the circulation is healthy and flowing oxygen to the cells and brain, the body is vital and alive. When the heart hardens or there is a restriction of flow, then the body is dying. The same analogy applies to the economic system as well.

You could have a million dollars, or ten dollars in the bank, but until you spend or circulate it, it generates no true wealth for you. Money is like congealed energy or blood that doesn’t flow. Is the blood in a blood bank not flowing through arteries and veins of any real value to the living body? No. It’s not the money that is the wealth, it’s the circulation of money or energy, like blood, that creates the wealth in the living economy of energy exchange. If you can understand this basic principle of circulation, then you will never be poor again!

In fact, if you hoard the money in a bank account, even earning 4% interest, the money will continue to lose value over time. If you hoard your talents, skills and gifts, they will eventually atrophy and lose value as well. You know the old saying, “If you don’t use it, you’ll lose it.” This principle is all about circulation, not hoarding. So if you have it, circulate it and watch it come back one hundred fold and prosper!

Circulation Game

In the Prosperity Consciousness seminar, there is a simple game, which illustrates the dynamics of a healthy economy.

The seminar leader offers to buy something in the room for $1.00. The deal is only offered if somebody takes advantage of the offer in the next five minutes. This creates an incentive to make a transaction. Someone comes forward with an item for sale and then offers to buy something else in the room with the dollar just received. The same $1.00 is circulated in the room many times in the next ten minutes. There are many exchanges going on, and people are acquiring new goods and services, information and entertainment. And the only currency in circulation is a $1.00 bill.

The $1.00 is circulated in the room for a few minutes and creates a net wealth many times its printed value because it is rapidly moving and circulating, not because someone is holding onto it and hoarding it. It is spending of the $1.00 that sparks the economy in the room. When the $1.00 circulates, everybody prospers. If there was no incentive to spark the initial offer, or it was an offer nobody could accept, then no wealth would have been created. If somebody along the chain of exchanges decided to hoard the $1.00 instead of circulating it, the whole wealth-building exercise would cease.

This is an example of the principle of circulation. Now, don’t you see how the circulation of money creates wealth, while hoarding doesn’t? Now, let’s try this game with $1 million instead. See what happens.

Money and Banking As Control System

Money is issued by banks and put into circulation in the form of a private scrip, or in the United States, a Federal Reserve Note, or FRN. Virtually every country in the world has a central bank that controls the issuance and circulation of currency, or money. They also regulate and control the amount of currency in circulation (e.g., money supply), the cost in interest for its use (e.g., prime rate of interest), and the velocity or speed of circulation of the currency (e.g. higher interest rates slow the movement of capital, lower interest rates speed the movement of capital). The circulation of currency in an economy is like electricity moving through the wiring of your house.

Money issued from a central bank always circulates back to those who issued it -the central bank itself. Thus in this centralized banking and finance system, the accumulation of power and wealth is primarily at the top of the pyramid with a small trickle down of surplus below. This is the old finance model.

If you wonder why there are only a few people, maybe 30,000 at the top of the pyramid that control and own everything in the world, it’s because the system was designed that way.

Money issued by the banks circulates into the economy through government spending and company capitalization, mortgage and automobile loans. Money circulates back to the central banks through inflation, income taxes and interest payments, the dips in Wall Street, lost investments and casino-like gambling operations.

It’s an incredibly risky game that most people hope they can play and win. This is not so in most cases. The volatility of Wall Street investments, stocks and bonds, is just one example. You might win big this year on the stock market, but generally over a five year period most people’s fortunes even out. It’s not much different than other gambling-type operations. In the long run, all the money circulates back to the top.

The boom and bust cycles, upswings and downswings of the market ultimately mean nothing to the central banks. For the central banks its not about the money, its about the leveraging and acquisition of the tangible assets and collateral securing the capital itself. From a banker’s perspective, the game is very different than the consumers of capital. Economic events are engineered to keep the money and wealth flowing primarily in one direction, from the people to the central banks, then through government spending back into the economy. Until we learn and apply the principles of circulation and take charge of our own micro-economies of scale, the system will constantly siphon the money upwards to the immensely wealthy minority.

Micro-Economies of Scale

It’s not only the central banks that have power and control over the circulation of money these days. There is a lot of money or currency in circulation in the world today, far more money, assets and equity than is needed to manage the global economy. Plenty of this money, assets and equity is in the hands of private individuals and companies.

With knowledge and financial planning, you and I have the power to spend and circulate money within our own micro-economies of scale and effect the creation of wealth on a large or small scale. If I spend money from my business to your business, then you and I are part of a micro economy. The flow and circulation of money implies an exchange of goods or services is occurring between us, and any other partners that may become involved. Whether between several points of exchange or many thousands. But we must choose to network and communicate with each other to achieve this circulation.

In the arena of private contract and free enterprise, neither the government nor the central bank is legally involved in the exchange, unless we surrender jurisdiction to them. Until the global economy goes completely cashless, and I believe it’s a long time still before that is even feasible, cash or any other tangible asset such as gold or silver or commodities of value can be the basis for an exchange system independent of the central banks and government.

Controlled Economy

Centralized control by the central banks and government puts the brakes on most socialistic economies, shrinks the wealth-building capability of the people, and overburdens the producer. In many developing countries or emerging markets, a little capital could generate much needed economic growth. But many of these are starved by global institutions controlling the money supplies and loans to these countries.

Most of the capital is circulated directly to the government, and free enterprise is squashed. And the cost of the capital is a depletion of natural resources as well. In controlled economies, the government takes a large portion of the wealth generated out of circulation through income taxes, inflation, devaluation of the currency, or other means.

Taxing the Producer

A consequence of increasing taxes on the producers in the economy, is government grows larger and larger, until the system destroys the ability for the producers to produce by overwhelming it with financial obligations, permits, fees, regulations and taxes until it can no longer survive in the market. Thus the increasing evidence of bankruptcy is a symptom of the collapse of this old business and finance model – the old paradigm.

Ultimately such a fiscal policy will create an economic collapse, a recession, a depression or a slowdown of growth, as there are fewer and fewer producers, and more and more pressure upon them. You cannot sustain ten people in the back pockets of each producer and expect a healthy economy. It’s also why socialism and communism have failed as economic models, yet continue to be embraced by centralized governments and central banks.

Global Casino Economics

The economy today is run like a global casino operation with markets soaring one day and crashing the next. There are billions and billions of inflationary paper dollars circulating every day, and trillions and trillions of dollars moving electronically. The economy is similar to a craps table with investors betting, speculating, and taking huge risks with other people’s money. Investors are coming up empty handed most of the time.

In a debt-based system such as ours the only way to expand and control the economy is to create more debt, issue more devalued paper and electronic currency, and put it into circulation at an exponential rate. This is unsustainable economic activity. There is no stability or security in a global casino operation pretending to be sensible economic policy. Only the power structure wins. Everybody else ultimately loses.

Many people receive offers on a daily basis from credit card companies and other lenders. They are being asked to borrow more and more money, and use pre-approved credit lines. This is because the only way the power structure can retain their power and expand the economy is through your deciding to go deeper into debt and accept the obligations. This is pure folly. Don’t fall for it.

Focus on the Money, Not on the Wealth

Most people focus on the money, not on the production of goods and services, not on sustainable and sensible economic policy. Our attention is in the wrong place, doing the wrong thing, with the wrong people. It’s time to stop chasing the money, and produce something of value that generates true wealth.

Chasing Money

If you play the game the way it’s been designed, you’ll always be chasing the money. Remember the story of the holographic pig told earlier in this course. Like the holographic pig, if you grab for the money, you’ll come up empty handed.

So we suggest, you stop playing by the rules of the old game, and become a rule maker yourself, become a sovereign individual designing your own financial plan. You and I can orchestrate the creation of wealth, the circulation of money, and create the reality you’d like to live in. If you focus your thought and energy on becoming a producer in the system, you will always prosper.

If you’re not a producer in the system, you must manipulate the system to your benefit, usually at the expense of others. For you to win, as a non-producer, somebody else is carrying the burden and paying the price of your admission to success.

Become a producer, and the money will chase you. You won’t ever have to chase money again. The Success Education Course is designed to teach people with the desire, commitment and passion, the purpose and focus, to develop a business or a project that produces something of value in the global economy.

Meeting the Market

Once you recognize what you want to do and begin producing something of value, you must then understand your market. The market is people who have real needs for what you do, for what you produce. If you produce something of value, not the superfluous garbage most people buy in the store, but provide for basic human needs, and inspire higher human consciousness and awareness, you will be successful.

I would estimate that 90% of the old paradigm economy is the production of stuff that doesn’t matter, that is not something of value. Focus on the 10% of the economy that is useful, practical and sensible. This is the area of the economy where the new paradigm of business and finance will be developing. This is where you’ll meet your market, and the emerging markets of the world.

In summary, the principles of circulation include:

Money as a medium of exchange, not as wealth

Will you circulate or hoard energy

Play the circulation game

Money and banking are control systems

Build and participate in micro-economies of scale

Controlled economies overtax and ultimately destroy the producers

The old paradigm economy is run like a global casino

Stop chasing money and produce something of value

Remember to meet the emerging markets of the world.

FROM SUCCESS EDUCATION COURSE
Audio

Long before the advent of modern communications technology and the Internet, I understood the power and significance of communications networking. If we learned to network and communicate effectively, and combined those skills with modern communications technology, we could revolutionize and restructure all the social, economic and political systems, and bypass the systems that had been entrenched for centuries. This is precisely what is happening for better or worse.

Both the powers structure and the people have utilized modern communications technology for different ends. The power structure has utilized the technology to further extend their control and surveillance; monitoring and tracking systems, to further protect the cartels and monopolies. The people have responded with counter-measures to insure their continued privacy and freedom, but not yet to the degree necessary to shift power away from the old paradigm of authoritarian command and control systems.

Changing the Way We Think

I spent many years perfecting the tools and processes for communications networking, and developing training programs for people and organizations. What I found lacking was the integration between various communications systems, and the way people thought was still entrenched in an old way of thinking. Without changing the way people think, what was possible with the new technology would continue to evade us.

Over the last twenty years, we’ve seen huge leaps in the capabilities of modern communications technology, but as human beings, we’ve lagged far behind the technology and have not developed the intrapersonal and interpersonal aspects of communications sufficient to keep pace with the external, technological development. If education and human development do not keep pace with the technological advances, machines will soon be telling us what to think, what to say and how to act. Watch out humanity, “The Matrix” is right around the corner.

Can you imagine what would happen if we organized communications strategically, on local, regional, national and global levels simultaneously? All the centuries of development leading us to world government could be undermined instantaneously by one, well-organized, well-funded communication networking system that bypasses those lines of authority and provided access to information and resources for living the good life free of government and corporate interference. This is the true power and significance of communications networking for revolutionizing the way we do business in a free enterprise economy today.

Communications is the Key

So what is communications? Let’s discuss some principles and aspects of communications. From a systems perspective, communications is the key to holding any system together whether that system is you, you in relationship with another, or you in relationship with an organization. Communications may be intrapersonal, interpersonal or organizational. Communications is derived from the Latin “communicare” which means, “to share.” So whether or not communications is happening or not depends on the skill and awareness that you have about it. Being skilled on all these levels is important.

Technological Wonders and Human Beings

Since the introduction of the microchip and the personal computer, high quality digital recording and CD’s, videotape and DVD’s, telephones and cell phones, fax machines, pagers, and satellites with teleconferencing capabilities, the possibilities for effectively organizing communications and networking have never been greater.

With the advent of modern communications technology and the Internet, with interactive multi-media, streaming audio and video, high-speed, broadband, fiber optic and microwave networks, we’re about to embark on the total integration of information and communication systems.

Other communications resources include: books, publications, periodicals, directories, libraries, resource centers, radio and television broadcasting, cable and satellite television.

At this stage, technology is far ahead of education and human development and the ethical questions being raised everyday are mostly left unanswered. We must stay in control of the machines and the application of technology or else become robots ourselves.

It takes a strong backbone to refuse to submit to machine priorities. How often do we have to fight a machine to get something done, or a clerk in government office acting like a machine? We are not robots and machines. We are flesh and blood human beings and better start acting like it, or we’ll lose our humanity in the name of progress.

Whole Systems

It will take comprehension of whole systems and teams of generalists to mediate this technological revolution in information processing, marketing, education and entertainment. To screen the vast information systems for quality content, relevant data, meaningful information and relationships is the agenda of any good information manager or communicator.

With the advent of this technology and an educated people, the creation of a new, global republic is imminently possible. But as with all technologies and tools, the responsibility for their use and appropriate application is up to the individuals and companies committed to free enterprise principles today.

We at ICR have organized communications resources into 24 systems areas for categorization and retrieval.

Basic Communications Skills

Basic communications skills include the ability to listen, to speak capably in one or many languages, or to be able to express oneself through movement or art. Musicians, dancers and artists have found outlets for communications beyond mere language. Great poets utilize the language capably to invoke words, images and symbols to communicate ideas, stories or emotions.. Great storytellers weave a tale that embodies the myths of a culture throughout time. These are all forms of communications.

This includes basic technology skills involving computers, audio and video recording, and other basic communications tools.

Listening Ability and Cognitive Dysfunction

The importance of listening cannot be understated. Most people suffer from listening disabilities or some cognitive dysfunction that makes communications difficult, if not impossible. Cognitive dysfunction is the inability to take in new information that might challenge deeply held beliefs or rock your self-identity. New information is blocked with a typical excuse, and one quickly escapes into denial or a refusal to communicate as a defensive reaction. Start noticing when this happens with you.

For communications or sharing to happen at all, there must be a two-way street of information and energy. Listening is one pole. Speaking is often the other. Both are necessary to complete the circuit. Like electricity, no current can flow without both poles being wired up. The same is true of communications. Practice good listening. Cognitive dissonance can be healed.

Be in the Present

True communications is always happening in the present. If you are not listening, you are not present. If your mind is somewhere else, then you are not present. If you are not present, no communications is possible. If you are not paying attention and being present, then no current can flow or sharing can happen.

Oftentimes, our conversations are full of the superficial, telling the same old story from our past that keeps us stuck in old identifications. There is a lot of chatter going on, and often very little real or true communications.

Everybody talks about the weather and sports and the good ol’ same stories that keep us stuck in a rut of non-communications. Be present, take a risk, and change your story and conversation to something that really matters. Come from the heart, tell the truth and watch the currency move. True communications can be very liberating if you give it a chance despite how uncomfortable you might feel.

If you can notice this distinction and stop the chatter, then you’ll make a giant stride toward becoming an effective communicator. Take the risk.

Intrapersonal Communications

Intrapersonal communications is the inner dialogue and “sharing”between your body, mind, heart and soul. All communications begins within you. The goal is to be familiar enough with all the aspects of your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies, and to have harmony and communications on all levels.

If there are many voices or dialogues within you in conflict, then it’s a rocky road to success. Your body says one thing, your heart another, and your mind and beliefs may very well contradict your body and your heart. This lack of integrity creates inner conflict, lack of resolve and is often the root of disease.

When your body, mind, heart and soul are in harmony and there is agreement on all levels, you are in integrity. When your thoughts, words and deeds are in alignment that you can take effective action in your world.

Interpersonal Communications

Interpersonal communications is the “sharing” between individuals. As you know from experience, not everybody communicates the same. There are some people that you have a natural alignment with and affinity for, and others that are very difficult to communicate with.

If two individuals are in integrity within, or are at least aware of where they are not, and have the desire, intention and skill to communicate, then successful relationships can develop. Without interpersonal communications there can be no “relationship” of any kind. Without interpersonal communications skills, all modern communications technology leaves a void.

Remember, technology does not communicate without people. We’re not robots or machines. It’s the people behind the technology that communicates, or not. Technology can never replace the intrapersonal and interpersonal skills required for true communications.

Organizational Communications

Organizational communications is the “sharing” between individuals in the context of a group. As in intrapersonal and interpersonal communications, there are skills involved in organizational communications. An organization is defined as a collection of individuals organized around a particular function, business, purpose or goal. If the intrapersonal and interpersonal communications skills are well developed, then the organization can communicate pretty well.

Again like the technology, organizations do not communicate without people. An organization will only communicate as well as the individuals involved in it. The response ability lies firmly on the individuals. The group may set the agenda to some degree, but the individuals are the communicators for better or worse.

In organizations where communications is challenged, or the bureaucracy makes it’s difficult or impossible, the bottom line suffers. It costs an organization a lot to not communicate effectively. Oftentimes, organizations do treat people like robots or machines and overlook the intrapersonal and interpersonal aspects of communications. In this situation, authoritarian command and control systems are often installed to regulate and limit true communications. These are not places where free people want to work and play.

Being an Effective Communicator

Being an effective communicator is essential to access people or information. You can have all the access in the world, but if we fail to communicate then access is blocked.

Not everybody can or wants to network or communicate. Many people and organizations in the old paradigm do not network or communicate effectively, nor do they want to. Instead, they build control systems to maintain power, separation of property, resources, and information. Become an effective communicator and then learn to network. You’ll be amazed at the results generated in your life.

Summary

In summary, the power and significance of communications networking is about changing the way we think and utilizing integrated communications technologies along with intrapersonal and interpersonal communications skills for human-to-human interaction. True communications is key. Remember, you cannot take the human being out of the link. Otherwise the machines will be doing all the talking and thinking for us.

Some aspects of communication include:

Changing the way we think, thus how we perceive the world

Integrating all technologies to support human-to-human communications and interaction

Learning to think, perceive and communicate in whole systems, holodynamically, not piece by piece, one-dimensionally

Mastering basic communications and technology skills

Listening and healing cognitive dissonance

Being in the present

Mastering intrapersonal and interpersonal communications

Organizing communications on every level of the system

Being an effective communicator.

Indra’s Web

The old Sanskrit texts of India speak of Indra’s Web, a magical net which connects everything to everything else. By traveling along the threads of the net, everything could be found. This ancient image is now made manifest in the World Wide Web, accessed through our computer screens, bringing everything into our homes and offices. But there are other, more organic forms of networking which can often be even more productive. This next section of our course looks at the applications of the networker’s way of thinking.

Principles of Networking

Networking is a principle of the universe. Networking is holodynamic. Networking is about being connected. Networking is about relationships. What we have to do is be clear about our purpose, then to access the abundance of the universe to draw the resources and the people to us. It’s really that simple.

Networking skills are key to accessing the abundance of the universe and for our happiness. Networking is a perceptual and organizing skill, a way to see things differently. Let us define networking in an expanded sense.

Today, “networking” has taken on the marketing spin of “network marketing.” Most people “network” because they’re trying to market some product or service and can do so through their own connections, family and friends.

But long before “network marketing” and Internet-based “networking technology,” the expanded concept of networking existed. A “networker” is similar to the old village matchmaker whose purpose was to see the inherent connection between people and bring them together.

How do you and I network effectively? By learning to see the inherent connection and relationship between all things, information and people. By mastering the art of communications and drawing together all the components of a successful project or business. By being a great communicator as we learned earlier.

Networking is a Natural Process

Networking is a natural process. We do it all the time. It’s the ability to see the inherent relationships in all things and to access the abundance of the universe at all times.

Networks are derived from a natural extension of the generalized principle that all life on the planet, and the universe, is ecologically interdependent. As humanity has realized the organic unity of the Earth, and all its passengers, so have we made attempts to actualize the invisible threads that connect people to people.

What is a Networker?

For our purposes, a networker is defined as someone who has the innate ability to see the interconnectedness between people, projects, media and the environment, someone with the ability to see whole systems and relationships.

A networker, or someone who does that naturally, simply sees the universe differently than most people.

Networking as a Choice

Networking is a choice. You have to choose to communicate and share information with someone or you can block it and say, “Well I usually get paid for telling someone that.” So why give it away for free? Would you withhold information that might save their life?

Or you can choose to network and serve with your heart and say that this is a vital bit of information to this person so I’m going to give it regardless of compensation. We choose to network and we choose to communicate, or not. Communications and networking are two of the fundamental components of a resource center. Without these two components operating effectively, we would not have the power to draw
people into the information field.

Networking as Marketing

Some people are marketers and use networking for sales purposes, to find prospects or leads. There’s nothing wrong in doing that, it’s just limited to commerce. You utilize the same networking skills if you are looking for friends, relationships, or if you’re doing research or looking for information. If you get sick, you can find a remedy through networking. If you are looking to create or manifest a new business idea, then you can find support through networking. Once you set a thought or information field in motion, then the information starts showing up. Remember in the eyes of God or in holodynamic terms, it’s all a networked universe. Everything is connected.

Networking as Happiness

Networking is a wild card that connects people with information, education, tools, and people with common needs, interests or goals towards realizing their potential. In organized communications networking, getting the right piece of information to the right person at the right time is essential.

For a networker, happiness is people to share information with each other; names of contacts, relevant conferences, publications and research, specific technical and how-to information, product or service information, and references for clients. For a networker, happiness is people teaching or inspiring each other, organizing communities of skills exchanges or learning networks.

Networking is a popular term for the familiar human activity of making connections with others to achieve a common goal (i.e. matchmaking, finding a babysitter or tutor, learning blacksmithing, or starting a business).

Networking for the Global Republic

The old paradigm power structures do not acknowledge human beings as a true “resource,” except as labor in the industrial, profit-making machines. They do not network except where it serves their agenda towards world government. This is why networking for the global republic can be such a powerful response to the old paradigm.

In fact, every individual, family, community, project or business, or nation has something of unique value to share or exchange within the global republic, whether skills, knowledge, intelligence, or access to material and capital resources. The business organizations who understand this and charter a vision that dares to empower people will be the champions of the 21st Century.

It is powerful to know and understand that the real resource is people, creativity and intellectual property, not money. These are the gold mines of the 21st Century.

The American Constitution and the Declaration of Independence, derived partly from the Iroquois Federation, were beautifully conceived documents that planted the seeds of the global republic beyond America’s founding some two-hundred and thirty-years ago, and long into the future. Even with their shortcomings and flaws, these documents offered the foundation for a New World, only partly realized in our time.

Information and resources in the hands of people who know how to use it appropriately is extremely powerful. As American or Canadian Citizens, sovereign by right, we have to re-inhabit our government, restore the foundational documents as a starting point, and organize communication networking more effectively than the old paradigm ever could.

Politics is Obsolete

Does anyone still believe our traditional institutions are serving the public interest or common good? Does anyone really believe what is read in the newspapers and corporate media? Our institutions have lost the confidence of the people to even decide, let alone solve our immense social, political and economic problems.

The lion’s share of the responsibility for solving these problems lies not with the federal, State or local government infrastructures, but with the people.

The opportunity inherent in high level, effective, personal, political and organizational networking is that we can supercede many of the very institutions that have denied us rights, resources or a voice in our own destiny.

Summary

In summary, networking provides the potential to organize ourselves, our businesses, organizations and communities. These are the access points for getting involved and participating in the greatest human and global development in history.

Networking is a principle of the universe. Networking is holodynamic. Networking is about being connected. Networking is about relationships. Networking skills are key to accessing the abundance of the universe and for our happiness. Networking is a perceptual and organizing skill, a way to see things differently.

Some aspects of networking include:

Learning to see the inherent connection and relationship between all things, information and people

The ability to see the inherent relationships in all things and to access the abundance of the universe at all times. Networking is a popular term for the familiar human activity of making connections with others to achieve a common goal

Acknowledging all people as a resource with something to offer

Acknowledging that the real resource is people, creativity and intellectual property, not money

Knowing that the responsibility for solving problems lies with the people, not the institutions

Knowing that politics as we once knew it, is obsolete for solving our problems.

Audio

Perceive and Think Like a System

What is a whole system? What is whole systems thinking? What holds a whole system together?

When you perceive and think like a whole system, you learn to see a bigger picture or eagles view of life. From that vantage point, our little lives look very different, just like looking at a big city from the vantage point of an airplane seven miles high looks very different than life on the ground level. You learn to develop the capacity to watch yourself from a distance and become more aware of the consequences of your actions.

Your body is a whole system. The solar system with the sun at the center is also a whole system. The genetic material in your DNA is a whole system determining the template for the creation of your body and being. The universe is a whole system.

There are many levels of systems. A whole system can be large or very small, microcosmic or macrocosmic.

When I start perceiving and thinking in whole systems, then my capacity to organize and manifest reality is expanded. This is useful for creating a new paradigm, project and business development or any other act of creation.

If I understand that the human body is a whole system, and not just a bunch of separate and disconnected parts, then I’ll learn to understand that whatever I put into my body affects every other part of the system. Dehydration affects cells throughout the body. Putting poisons and toxins into the body through food or medicine affects the functioning of other cells and organs.

Whole Systems Thinking

Whole systems thinking has been a large part of the growth and development of our modern, technological civilization. It takes a generalist, an individual with the mind to see the bigger picture to develop whole systems successfully. Communications networks are also whole systems.

To survive the information overload of the Internet and mass media and the over-specialization of most fields, we must train generalists who can see, think and feel holistically, who can research, organize and synthesize whole systems into an information system that serves new paradigm development.

Communications Structures

Whole systems are held together through some kind of “communications structure.” Without communications, whole systems fail or breakdown. Thus we must organize communications and networking effectively to maintain the integrity of any system.

Overspecialization and Reality

In the old paradigm of over-specialization where brilliant people know everything about every insignificant thing, and when that knowledge is taken out of context, we create a masterful fragmentation and separation of what we call “reality.” Every special interest, single focus, one-dimensional cultural perspective believes it has the whole picture and sees “reality.” as it really is. This is just not so.

Reality is Not an Absolute

Reality is not an absolute. Yet we often think and act as though our perception equals reality. In fact, perception is the lens through which we see the world and it is subject to conditioning, beliefs, education and personal discriminations of every kind (e.g., age, sex, race, class, culture).

As the new physicists have discovered, the perceiver affects phenomena so profoundly that the event changes when the frame of reference of the perceiver changes. Thus, we alter reality by the way we perceive it. We create the world as we see it, not the way it is. This is a profound revelation. Frame of reference is everything.

In fact, the bigger picture of reality is created from a composite of all the special interests, cultural perspectives and contextual frameworks; all the knowledge of human and natural history, past, present, and future; information received from books, audio and video media and other sources, through the senses and direct experience; through the psychic realms, the unconscious dream states, and the entire mind-body-spirit continuum.

Knowledge and Information Integrated

In the new paradigm of whole systems thinking, knowledge and information is integrated at every level, from the individual, organizational, regional, national on to the global level. Having an accurate overview is crucial to generating the desired results. To comprehend a whole system, we must take inventory of every component of the system and track the inherent relationships between all things. This is the power and significance of networking and communications.

Since the first landing on the moon when astronauts took the first breathtaking photographs of the Earth, scientists confirmed what the mystics knew all along; that the earth is a continuous, ever-changing, water-bound and blue, cloud surrounded, living organism without artificial, man-made boundaries. We are living on a fragile, delicate and sacred world without borders. The only borders that really exist are in our minds.

And in the words of the great American Indian Chief Seattle, “The Earth does not belong to us. We belong to the Earth”

Restoring the Garden on Earth

R. Buckminster Fuller, the late great educator, author and inventor, who brought us the geodesic dome among hundreds of other ideas and inventions, concluded that humanity has the immediate potential to provide 100% of humanities needs through a design science revolution. Hunger, scarcity, disease and war are obsolete.

Through the introduction of environmental and design science technologies without the obstacle of traditional old paradigm economics and politics, humanity could transform the earth into a utopia beyond our wildest dreams. All it requires is the savvy and the political will to do so to restore the garden on earth.

And in Marilyn Ferguson’s book, The Aquarian Conspiracy, she said,“Future generations may yet discover the invisible laws and forces around us: the vital networks of relationship, the ties among all aspects of life and knowledge, the interweaving of people, the rhythms and harmonies of the universe, the connectedness that captures parts and makes them whole, the patterns that draw meaning from the web of the world.”

In summary, the principles of whole systems include:

Learning to think and perceive as a system

Learning to think and perceive like a generalist instead of as a specialist

Understanding communications structures as the organizing tool of the universe

Reality is not external to our perception

We create the world as we see it

All borders are limited thoughts in our own minds

All knowledge and information integrates at every level

Through a design science revolution we can create paradise on earth.

Creating A Safe Harbor and Better World

New business and finance models are emerging at an accelerated pace along with the seeds planted with the advancement of modern communications technology.

Today, we have the ability to network instantaneously worldwide. From the ashes of the old paradigm becoming obsolete and dysfunctional, we have the ability to powerfully create another social, economic and political system.

Our goal is to create a safe harbor for individuals and businesses, to develop business and financial models that are free enterprise based, that allow people and projects and businesses to do business with each other with less interference, less regulation, less taxes, and more abundance. We can build business and finance models in every area from food, shelter, energy, technology, the environment, conscious films, communications, health, and education, and strategically bring those companies into a development for global free enterprise.

It’s not just about you and your bottom line, or you and your money, or you and your ability to pay your bills anymore. It’s about creating a better world for all of us. It’s about a setting a context, creating a new paradigm for an economy based on the seven aspects of sovereignty – creating a new economic order system, or as we have named it, NEOS.

A new economic order system, or NEOS, has been a long time coming. For generations, our economic conditions have been dictated by a selected few individuals and power structures that have rigged a system mostly to their benefit. But all this is about to change forever.

Organizational Ability to Network

NEOS is a system where individuals and companies have the organizational ability, within a free enterprise business and finance model, to network the products, services, capital, information, management and expertise to expediently and competitively enter the global marketplace. This is accomplished without interference or permission from the old paradigm power structures.

In fact, there are elements within the power structures that have opened the gateways for this new paradigm to emerge. There are new allies in high places.

Prevalent Business and Finance Model

NEOS is the prevalent business and finance model for the emerging markets of the world which is eighty-percent (80%) of the population of the earth. NEOS is also interspersed within the developed countries as well in particular emerging industries such as communications. Most people do not even have basic food, water, shelter, health care, education or communications systems. NEOS will be creating models for appropriate and sustainable development worldwide without imposing cultural bias, or the consumer standards of the developed countries.

Manifestation of Intention and Thought

NEOS is the ability to translate intention and thought into a series of actions through careful planning to bring about manifestation in many systems areas simultaneously. In Western culture we’ve been schooled to think primarily from the head. The mind is often confused with spirit, or true power. Rarely have people come up with truly original ideas and had to think for themselves. Yes, the exceptional always have come up with original ideas. So let’s be response able creators and producers. Let’s all be exceptional for a change.

Everybody is a Player

As we’ve discussed earlier in this course, without circulation of money and energy there is no economy. I cannot create an economic system all by myself, at least not with regards to the exchange of goods and services. In the circulation game, everybody is a player.

Everybody is a creator and producer. Just imagine for a moment that everybody in your family, or neighborhood has made the shift into free enterprise and is willing to play in the new paradigm business and finance model. What would happen? What if all the players could develop their dreams with no limitation on resources, money, expertise, or information? Can you imagine such a world?

New Challenges and Fear Reaction

Most people cannot imagine such a world. They have given up on dreaming and accept the old paradigm reality as inevitable. They’ve accepted the flat-earth context of reality, and are unwilling to consider it even possible.

This creates a new set of crises and challenges for people. When you offer a real opportunity for change to people, suddenly all the interpersonal and personal barriers show up. There is a glazed look in the eyes. There is a lame excuse or sometimes even a violent and angry reaction. People get scared when introduced to a new context, a new paradigm however convincing or attractive it might be.

People give all the reasons why it can’t be done, and that nobody’s every done it before. People say, “They’re going to stop you, aren’t they? The government, they’ve got all the guns – they’re going to come in and kill us all! The IRS is going to come and get you and put you in prison.”

People can get quite hysterical and dive off the deep end. This is just a fear reaction you come to expect. It also sorts out the open minded and the courageous at heart from those too scared to step out of the box, out of the reality they’ve been given.

For the most part, the government or “they” don’t care. If you don’t consent to giving them your power, “they” go away. “They” neither have the time, the money, the interest, or the power to control the emergence of true freedom when masses of people stop giving their power away. They may attack the leaders now and then to make “examples” of them. But they will not attack the masses of people awakening to freedom except through the media manipulations, public relations and propaganda machines.

The only way the old paradigm can remain in control is if a majority of people have consented and still says, “Yeah, they got the power.”

Shifting the Paradigm

In reality, it only takes a small percentage of the people, projects and businesses to make a shift to a new paradigm. Let’s estimate there’s ten-percent (10%) of real producers in the entire economic system. I estimate we only need one-percent (1%) of that ten-percent (10%) committed to set a new field, to shift it all back to individual sovereignty and free enterprise.

When the old paradigm business and finance system collapses, where are they going to get their food? They’re going to get food from the farmers, of course, from the producers as always in the new paradigm. The producers and entrepreneurs will always rule and set the pace for the economy. Everyone else depends on them.

Network the Producers

If we network the producers in the system, then the political systems will follow suit. It will be government of, by and for the producers once again. I assert that if the producers knew there was an alternative, a new paradigm and had the education and know-how to implement it, they would return to free enterprise in a heartbeat.
Commitment is how providence and the universe move through us. Without commitment nothing happens. Therefore removing the blocks to our ability to commit, to take an action and to learn from our mistakes is fundamental to all personal growth and social, economic change.

To create and manifest NEOS, it requires a commitment to the principles of free enterprise and success education, the application and implementation of the knowledge learned in this course, and the commitment to the circulation of money as energy throughout the system.

It also requires a commitment to your education and human development to remove all blocks and unconscious behaviors that are sabotaging your efforts. This is where we must deal with our own fear reactions and experience a breakthrough.

Summary

So in summary, what is NEOS, or the New Economic Order System? NEOS is:

Creating a safe harbor and a better world, not just protecting your bottom line

Creating the organizational ability to network and communicate

Understanding the prevalent business model and old paradigm

Understanding how intention and thought manifests

Recognizing that everybody is a player

Being committed to the circulation of money as energy throughout the system

Overcoming new challenges and fear when they arise

Being committed to shifting the paradigm for yourself and others

Being committed to being a producer in the economic system

Networking the producers in the system into NEOS

Being committed to personal and community development.

FROM SUCCESS EDUCATION COURSE
Audio

INSPIRED BY V. VERNON WOOLF, Ph.D.

Holodynamics is a field of study that can be applied to both personal and business development. “Holo” means “whole.” “Dynamic” means, “force in action.” The entire universe is holodynamic. It’s all interconnected.

Holodynamics is not a philosophy; it’s a way of perceiving the universe. It understands that everything is contingent upon our way of seeing, and that if I shift the way that I see, the universe and reality conform to that shift.

Quantum physicists have proven that reality is created in the eyes of the perceiver. Change the frame of reference and a sub-atomic event will adapt to that change. Change one field, all the other fields adapt and change. Blow your nose and it’s felt far across the galaxies.

The truth is whatever you think or do, and whatever I think or do, affects not only your sphere of influence, but the entire universe. Thought travels at the speed of light with no space-time limitations. So be conscious of what you think or do. You’re a powerful creator and producer whether you’re aware of it or not!

The Miracle of Coincidence

There are abundant opportunities given in each moment of our existence, but there are only a few opportunities accepted. Just as nature produces billions of seeds so one may land on fertile ground and grow into an oak tree. There are only a few people with the open mind and open heart to accept the opportunities given each day. All of us are operating at less than our potential.

There are millions of people, thousands in your spheres of influence and many more that you could potentially connect with everyday. But only certain people and information are allowed into your field and do interact with you. This depends on what you want and knowing what you want. Once you put a thought into the universe, it creates an information field to attract what you want or need to you.

Are we still in awe of a certain species of bird flying thousands of miles across the ocean each year and showing up at the same place at the same time year after year? Those migratory patterns are set in an information field for that species.

Every species has multiple fields in which they interact and communicate.

Sometimes we call this phenomena a “coincidence,” or a “miracle,” or “God’s will.” This phenomenon of a “coincidence” is based on your original thought and aligning your corresponding intention with an information field constantly in motion. If your thought and intention is clear and you’re in alignment with the information field, suddenly as if by a miracle of coincidence just the right people and information show up. This is the design of the universe unfolding. There are no accidents.

That you are listening to this course is not an accident. You’re here because we set an information field in motion with thought and intention. You showed up in our field to listen to this course. You resonated with the educational material long before you knew what it was. Of all the educational products and choices available you chose this one, whether consciously or unconsciously. Why is that? Given these principles of holodynamics, now you know why. So stop being surprised at such miracles of coincidence, people showing up in your field when you least expect them, or information showing up minutes after you ask for it? It’s the design of the universe unfolding your potential in it.

The Miracle of Creation

Everything in creation has a field of energy or a frequency that binds it. Sometimes it’s encoded, atomically, molecularly, or in our DNA pattern, a system that spirals and spins, and sets your genetic code in a perfect alignment. Your DNA is a very carefully designed pattern. How is it upon conception that these small strands of genetic material suddenly replicate? Have you ever considered the miracle of creation? That creation is going on inside your own body right now. It’s amazing! And why would we ever doubt for one moment, that we couldn’t create in other areas of our lives as well? So erase all doubts. Erase all fears. We have amazing power – amazing potential.

Eight Principles

There are eight principles of holodynamics excerpted verbatim from V. Vernon Woolf’s Holodynamics book. It’s another book that I highly recommend everyone read as part of your continuing education program.

The universe is holodynamic. All matter, energy and intelligence, past, present and future, are part of one, dynamic whole

The universe contains living thought-forms, called “holodynes,” with the power to manifest reality in all dimensions

The universe has an underlying, implicate order

Within the implicate order, the mind, holodynes, human beings, and all manifest reality follow the same six stages of development;

Manifest reality has both a “particle” and “wave” function, which the mind reflects through its rational and intuitive processes, respectively

Change occurs holodynamically: to change any holodyne is to change the physics of the mind; to change the physics of the mind is to change the physics of the universe, past, present and future

Every human being has a primary, controlling holodyne, called the “I” or “Full Potential Self”

The holodynamics of the mind can be applied systematically to solve every problem of human experience

Six Stages of Development

There are six stages of development: physical, personal, interpersonal, social, principle and universal. Each stage in our evolution, growth or personal development progresses horizontally and vertically, left to right as well as up or down.

In every moment we have a choice to either updraft or downdraft a situation. In other words to rise to the opportunity given or withdraw, to move toward either well being or disorder. In holodynamic terminology, the vertical direction is called up drafting, or down drafting.

We also are progressing horizontally from the physical, for example survival issues, to personal and interpersonal issues, for example relationships, to social issues, matters of principle and finally universal consciousness. As you continue your education, you’ll understand these fundamentals more deeply.

Defining An Information Field

In holodynamic terminology, a field is a system of energy, and we are all part of many different information fields at once. Whatever you put your attention on, is going to show up in that information field. Energy flows where attention goes. Reality reorganizes itself naturally. We are all information systems in motion moving either towards greater order or disorder. That’s one of the holodynamic principles.

When you are aware of these information fields miraculous things begin happening in your life. In fact, miracles and coincidences can be made more frequent by your awareness.

The Success Education course, for example, is an information field where people are aligning around free enterprise, sovereignty and freedom, networking, communications, project and business development. This field was set by thought and intention.

Shifting An Information Field

When you and I make a choice the universe accommodates whatever we believe is going to happen. This may be very easy or very difficult to comprehend. Let me repeat. The universe accommodates exactly what you believe is going to happen. Your frame of reference will determine the events in your life, what shows up and what you might define as reality.

Your frames of reference, both your religious and political beliefs are perceptual systems or frames of reference, ways of seeing and creating reality. These systems of beliefs or frames of reference create information fields or reality constructs that others can play in. Powerful change agents set new information fields in motion, or alter old ones. Thought is powerful and creative.

Frames of Reference

Reality is all a matter of perception and our frame of reference. If you are not happy in your life, then you have a choice to updraft or downdraft the situation. You can bring more order or disorder to your situation. You can also choose to shift your frame of reference with new information.

Aligning in An Information Field

When there is alignment in an information field, things just work and you have access to the information and energy necessary to manifest your thoughts and intentions. Can you imagine that? Can it be as simple as aligning myself with what is, being present and being a creator and producer?

Yes, it can. But getting your frame of reference in alignment with the field is the personal development work at hand. It is the programming and conditioning of our own minds that has imprisoned us. We are the warden and the prison guards. We are responsible for freeing ourselves from obsolete and useless frames of reference that no longer serve us. This is the personal growth and development challenge and opportunity.

In summary, the principles of holodynamics includes:

The miracle of coincidences or happenstance

The miracle of creation

The eight principles of holodynamics

The six stages of development including the physical, personal, interpersonal, social, principle and universal

Updrafting and downdrafting

Defining an information field

Shifting an information field

Frames of reference

Alignment with an information field.

FROM SUCCESS EDUCATION COURSE
Audio

What is a Paradigm?

A “paradigm” is a model or a “context” for reality. Reality is held in a container or system of perceptions and beliefs. If you change the container, then what’s possible in reality changes. Until there was a new “context” for the revolutionary idea that the earth was round, reality revolved around the old “context” that the earth was flat. That the earth is flat was the old paradigm. That the earth is round was the new paradigm.

A “paradigm” or “context” is a container for what’s real. In the old paradigm, certain things were possible in that container. In a new paradigm, other things are possible.

So what is the “context” or container for a human being? Human beings live in a sea of air however invisible to us, just like the fish live in a sea of water that is invisible to them.

As is said in unconventional wisdom, “There are two great mysteries. The ocean to a fish, and man to himself.”

So in the context of sovereignty, freedom and free enterprise, let’s define the old paradigm in contrast with the new.

Defining the Old Paradigm

The old paradigm business and finance model is based on authoritarian control, the hoarding and accumulation of money and resources and the enslavement of human potential. This old paradigm is archaic, monarchial, monopolistic and obsolete.

The old paradigm is based on authoritarian systems that are controlled from the top of the pyramid, monopolistic cartels that own and control ninety-eight percent (98%) of the worlds resources, mind control systems that are instituted and deployed through media and public education to keep the people ignorant and enslaved.

In the old paradigm you’ll find disempowerment, scarcity and poverty consciousness, sickness and disease perpetuated for the majority of the world’s population, money as a control system, a problem-action-solution engineering of events and limited opportunities for the emerging markets of the world and most of the human race. This is reality in the old paradigm.

Old Paradigm Business and Finance Models

The old paradigm business and finance model prevalent in the world today was originally based on the principles and values of “free enterprise.” It was in the business environment of early America where free enterprise took its roots.

After certain individuals and companies took control of a large market-share of their respective industries, they chose to eliminate competition and form cartels that would cooperate to protect their dominance in each market. So what began as a “free enterprise” economic system, at least within the context of capitalism, became more socialistic and communistic.

These socialistic, monopolistic and communistic systems developed economies that were centralized and regulated by government much to the demise of individual initiative and free enterprise principles and values.

Thus eventually all socialistic and monopolistic systems collapse under the weight of their own bureaucracies and lack of productivity. Without producers being rewarded in the system, eventually everybody starves. The collapse of the former Soviet Union is a good example of this.

With government and large, transnational corporations protecting and defending their old paradigm business interests at the expense of the principles and values of free enterprise in a capitalistic economy, individual initiative, innovation and competition eventually decline. Then you end up with a welfare state, people dependent upon the central government for their sustenance having forgotten how to produce something of value to contribute to the economy. Collapse is inevitable in such a business and finance model.

The old paradigm finance model did not adequately include education, training or human development into the equation except where it served their agenda. Thus human development has lagged behind technology and the growth of centralized control systems intended to enslave, not liberate, the human race.

This is a great business model if your goals and objectives are to control and enslave people, but a terrible business model if you intend on encouraging people to take care of themselves, take initiative and generate something of value to exchange with others. It’s dependency versus independence and self-reliance.

In the words of an old proverb, “Give a man a fish. you’ll feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, you’ll feed him for a lifetime.”

Professional Hazers

Accountants, lawyers and investment brokers are taught the old paradigm business and finance models in school. These professionals learn very little about foundational law, trust structures and the common law in school, nor do they understand international business law or offshore structuring, unless it’s a chosen specialty for them.

These professionals are the gatekeepers of the old paradigm. They are paid to live in the box, and to keep you and your company in the box, or lose their licenses. So it’s not unusual to ask these “experts” about some of the strategies outlined in this course, and they will shrug their shoulders and caution you. They either don’t understand, or if they do, it’s contrary to their own self-interest to encourage you.

These are “professional hazers” and the market is full of them. I define a hazer as an “expert” who will advise you on matters they know little about, and may very well lead you and your company into a business failure if you blindly accept their advice without thinking and deciding for yourself. Beware of “professional hazers” leading you and your company astray.

Killing the Golden Goose

Instead of new companies being capitalized and money circulating even in the old paradigm, the “professional hazers” are busy killing the golden goose and stealing the eggs.

Pardon me professional attorneys, accountants and brokers, but there’s a whole institutionalized system pulling the capital that was intended to grow new companies out of circulation and putting it in your pockets. Twenty percent of the portfolios of venture capitalists and the investment banks are intended to circulate into unsecured, company capitalization plans for the emerging markets of the world.

But the capital rarely gets to the companies, and new development is slow and painful without adequate capitalization at a price the companies can afford to pay.

Instead it’s spent on professional fees for consulting, management, accounting and preparing an initial public offering to raise capital for the company from the public market. Most companies fail before they even complete the IPO’s. Others lose control and ownership over their enterprises. This is contrary to everything we stand for in free enterprise.

Defining A New Paradigm

The new paradigm business and finance model is principle-centered. It is not about platitudes, clichés and marketing hype. Individual, company and government interests are integrated without compromising the sovereignty and freedom of the individual. Healthy cells create healthy bodies in the body politic.

The new paradigm is based on the natural law principles of the universe and the perennial wisdom of the ages as applied to ethics, business, social and cultural realms. Universal principles are commonly recognized and understood in every political and religious context. Universal principles are easier to implement in a business context because they are easy to agree with. They also create an alignment with the field of energy that speeds up the evolutionary process and allows coincidences and hookups to occur more rapidly inside and outside the company framework.

The challenges for a new paradigm are that you cannot build a new paradigm on the quicksand of the old paradigm. You cannot get where you’re going from where you are headed. We’re tooling on down the highway and need to make a quick U-Turn and go in another direction against the grain, against the flow of society, against the popular and trendy wisdom, against the wind, against the river along a road far less traveled.

New Paradigm Business and Finance Models

Today, free enterprise business and finance models are based on principles and values that are fully integrated with the old, traditional models. They are also based on the principles of success and free enterprise as stated earlier in this course.

The new paradigm business and finance models are based on freedom and responsibility for the exercise of that freedom.

The new paradigm is based on prosperity consciousness and the abundance of the universe.

The new paradigm is based on individual sovereignty and achieving all seven aspects of sovereignty.

The new paradigm is committed to the circulation of money as the exchange of energy, not hoarding, as fundamental law for producing and exchanging wealth.

The new paradigm is committed to education and training individuals and companies in the areas of project and business development, and international finance.

George Bernard Shaw “It’s always been an inspiration…to be used as a purpose…life belongs to the whole community…thoroughly used up…the more I work…the more I love…not a brief candle…splendid torch…before handing it on to future generations.”

Summary

In summary, a paradigm is a context or container for reality. The old paradigm is defined as a power structure governed by authoritarian control systems. These structures once based upon free enterprise are now socialistic, monopolistic and communistic instead. The old paradigm is about to collapse due to the lack of focus upon human and community development and the needs of the emerging markets of the world.

The gatekeepers of the old paradigm and so-called experts are leading most of the people astray, not telling the truth, and are killing the golden goose. Once all the producers have been enslaved, the system will collapse. Nobody will want to work anymore.

The new paradigm is principle-centered, based on natural law and the principles of the universe that are unbending and true. Those building new paradigm businesses cannot build them on the principles and structures of the old paradigm. It’d be like building a house on quicksand. Thus the principles of free enterprise as we outline them in this course are essential for everyone intent on participating in free enterprise projects and business development. This is what we have named, NEOS, or the New Economic Order System.

Managing Your Relationship with Money

What I’m going to say to you in the next few minutes is intended to allow a shift in the way you have managed your relationship with money, and with the world through the use of that money. Beliefs and habits acquired while growing up often become limitations as times change. This course asks that you re-consider everything you have been taught in life up until now and decide if your beliefs are consistent with your goals.

Beliefs Are Consistent With Your Goals

Imagine a person trying to get out of a room. You need to know where the door is, and have a key to open it; otherwise you are imprisoned. If you want to go somewhere new, you may try to break out, perhaps with a lot of force and noise. It is much more effective to get the key or the combination, open the lock, and suddenly you are out! Your freedom to move and choose is easily realized when you have the keys.

Scarcity or Abundance?

Your money consciousness is defined by whether you feel confined or you feel free. Either you think you live in a universe where there is never enough, or you live in a universe where there is abundance. In prosperity consciousness you live in a relaxed way: there is no pressure because you see an abundance of things to have, to do and to be as well as the time in which to experience them. Thus there is ease in choosing your actions. In poverty consciousness you are always under pressure. You feel you have to make continuous sacrifices. If you do one thing, you worry you will lose another as a result.

So it is really your relationship with the universe that is being considered. The question is how to get from confinement to freedom. What I want to do now is show you how to find the keys.

When it comes to understanding the way the mind works with money, the principles are simple. Understanding and integrating these principles, however, usually requires a lot of experience.

The Pig Analogy

Recently, at a friend’s house, I saw an interesting object on a table. It looked like a covered bowl, shaped like the popular image of a “flying saucer,” with a mirror in the center at the top. On this mirror there stood a small toy model of a pig. Next to the bowl was a sign, which said, “TOUCH THE PIG.” I was hesitant, thinking it was some kind of booby trap.

Which in fact it was, but not the kind I expected. When I finally put my hand out, it went right through the pig, which wasn’t really there. It was simply a very convincing “hologram” of a pig, a play of light that was very realistic and totally misleading! When I tried to touch the “mirror” on which this little figure of a pig was standing, my hand went right through it and down into the interior. I then lifted off the top and found the actual object, a small plastic figure, resting at the bottom of the mirrored surface of the lower half of the bowl. The pig was in fact there, but not several inches higher where I had originally perceived it.

Often, this is how prosperity seems. You are looking for money, chasing it, trying to catch it. You see it there, but very often when you reach out it vanishes. If you are having that experience over and over again, you might ask your self the question “Is my fortune really where I see it?” My beliefs made me go to the wrong spot. The actual object of desire was really inside the bowl, at the bottom, but a system of mirrors made it appear somewhere else.

Thus many of us are looking in the wrong place, and in the wrong way. We are looking for prosperity out there in the world, in a job, or investment, or lottery. Many of us have invested in some super deal, only to find that there was nothing in the end.

Adjust Your Inner Lens

If you get your inner lens adjusted, instead of reaching for the money where it isn’t, you will become more and more accurate until you reach for the fortune where it actually is. Some people seem to be able to put their finger on money all the time. While others miscalculate a distortion in the lens, something that forces them to unconsciously struggle and fail over and over again.

How did our prosperity lens get distorted? For most people, the origin of the problem was acquired unconsciously through family conditioning.

In the words of Phil Laut, “a functional family is one that is operated for the intentional benefit of all concerned. A dysfunctional family is one that is managed unintentionally by parents who act unconsciously to avoid the pain or embarrassment of family issues unresolved by their own childhood caretakers.”

Family Systems

The distortion in the lens is passed down over generations almost like a gene. It is not any one person’s fault. If you had a parent who acted in an abusive or neglectful or critical manner towards you in a consistent way, you as a child probably assumed that you were the cause of that behavior. That’s what kids do. They take responsibility for the whole family situation and feel guilty or wrong. In fact, the parental behavior may have little to do with the child; it may be something more related to that parent’s own experience when they were small, in their own family environment.

They are still trying to avoid the pain and embarrassment associated with their own unresolved memories, which are re-activated by the innocent actions of their children. And so it goes, generation after generation, with the pattern of struggle, inadequacy, and incompetence stretching back indefinitely through time until someone finally changes it in the present and breaks the chain.

This conditioning and its compensatory behavior affect more than just how we deal with money. These patterns express themselves in all social and business contexts. This is why people do what they do and vote for whom they vote for; go where they go or marry whom they marry. Our behavior is pre-disposed, so that 90% of our choices are unintentional and unconscious and are a way of avoiding suppressed memories of pain and embarrassment. In keeping our unresolved issues out of sight, we distort our own perceptions and then keep wondering why things don’t connect for us.

Getting What You Expect

Now if what you have got down in the bottom of your mind is a memory of love, happiness, and good experiences, then you don’t have to suppress those things. You don’t have to go around trying to make everything look good, because you have a direct experience of things being good. But if you grew up with abuse or neglect, you will expect to find abuse and neglect in your adult life. If your family was neurotic around money, never talking about it, or using it as a tool to control you or to compensate for something emotional that was missing, your money system will reflect this dilemma.

Recreating Childhood Dynamics

Each person develops a formula for re-creating their childhood dynamics while simultaneously struggling against them. You may even use money as your agent to accomplish this goal. Some go shopping hoping that they will feel complete. Other people are afraid to spend money if they have it, because they think they will be disapproved of if they do. Or they may buy things just to bring on the disapproval, whether from others or from themselves in the form of guilt. The variations in pattern are endless.

When I work with people individually, I have them answer questions about their families. This gives me the setting, a sort of abstract of the personal soap opera that they found themselves in as they grew up. I ask them to describe their parents and grandparents, and how they related around the issue of money. What about brothers and sisters? How did they all relate to you?

Then I can begin to see where the person fits into the family story, and how money was intertwined with those dynamics. Then I ask them to tell me about their career issues in the present. Are they succeeding up to a certain point and then always getting stopped or always failing?

What’s At the Bottom of the Bowl?

What I have to do is figure out what is at the bottom of the bowl. What I see at the top in my current situation is the projection of that old reality. The problem lies in the childhood story. That‘s what’s at the bottom of the bowl. This is what you need to research for yourself in order to find the key to the door of prosperity.

Money is Like a Fishing Lure

Money is like a fishing lure trolling behind the boat to get people to bite at it. What is at the other end of the fishing line is everything else in your life. The money issue is just the hook. You ultimately need to get up in the boat and deal with the fisherman’s problem. It will benefit your health, your professional success, your relationships, the way you deal with your friends and family; all of it comes from the same basic material. So starting with money is both practical and effective.

Money as Solution or Money as Meaningless?

Imagine if I were to ask you: “Would you rather have millions of dollars, or would you rather feel happiness, love, acceptance, be healthy, and have a lot of good friends?” Which would you choose? Some people would not know which one to take. That indicates is that there is confusion between believing in money as a solution and realizing that money in itself is meaningless. Its value comes from the context of relationship with people, with society, with the planet. Of course, once you have cleared the distortion in your prosperity lens, it is entirely possible to have both a great personal life and lots of money. But you need to remember where the real value lies.

Subconscious Memories

As you are listening to this, you may have been running some memories through your mind. Make little notes to your self as things come up. You don’t have to write the whole story, but put down a name or a word to remind you of that particular situation. Something happened which got locked in as an incomplete, unresolved issue. You are still trying to resolve that issue but you are not dealing with the thing at the bottom, only with the reflection at the top. What happens is that you go into a new situation with a new employer or a new group of friends, and you very efficiently and with extreme precision set it up so that you will get those people to re-create around you the unresolved childhood situation.

You do this over and over again so that you can continue to try to deal with it. Because, and this is the tricky part, your survival as an individual has become linked, in your mind, with that problem. You think that who you are is somehow connected to that feeling of disharmony. And this is why it is so hard for people to give up things that are self-destructive. It is a psychological “Catch 22.” They are doing self-destructive things in an attempt at prolonging their survival.

Relaxation or Stress Response?

One of the more brilliant questions that I ever heard was not about money, but was about life and death. Let’s just say that you were in a room of normal-looking people and you were the only newcomer. Imagine what you would feel if you were to discover that everyone in that room was over 250 years old. What would that do with your assumptions about mortality? How would you feel? You would suddenly feel like “Wow, I can relax, this getting older thing is not what I thought it was. Everyone is looking pretty good here!”

Would that relaxation response make you healthier, or would it increase your stress and vulnerability to disease? Notice how quickly one little bit of information can change how you feel, and how the cells in your body immediately start to function differently? All kinds of stress would start dropping away.

And in the words of Johnny Informationseed, “You can always tell your true age by how much pain you experience when you encounter a new idea.”

Now if you did that little mind-experiment just now and noticed some subjective change, what that means is that unconscious stress was constantly there right up until that moment, and you did not feel it because you were used to it and never questioned it. You have been walking around in that stress of aging and death because you thought people generally die at 40, 50,60, 70, or 80. The number is usually based on family models. If we dwell on it, the internal message is “Death is getting closer and is crowding in on me.”

Poverty Consciousness

This is a form of poverty consciousness. But you don’t have to keep doing what everybody else did just because of a family tradition. To develop prosperity consciousness is to go beyond limiting habits of thought. You can become so relaxed and abundant inside that whether money comes or goes is not going to throw you off your stride. There is an internal stability that is independent of whether you have money or not. And when you are in that mode you become much more “bankable.” People are attracted to you. They want to get involved with you, to do business with you. They want to invest.

When you are in stress, on the other hand, the only people who will come to you to invest are people who match your level of stress. Then you form a club of stress-ridden people. Because we are so used to seeing things being accomplished in business by people who are driven, driven, driven, we think being driven is the only way to succeed. That is a very limiting the model for success.

A New Business Model Based on Real Wealth

What we are talking about is the possibility of a new model. Money is just a medium of exchange. Wealth and money are not the same. Wealth is in the knowledge and creativity and abilities of a society. If you took all the money away, what would people be able to do to maintain themselves and the culture? That is the real treasure.

All of our scientific knowledge, all of our knowledge about art, about farming, about how to build motors, or heal people– that is the true wealth. Money just allows us to exchange those units of wealth more efficiently than we could in a barter system. When you have no real units of wealth, and you are just throwing money around, then it gets to be very glassy, there is no traction.

In the 1980′s and 90′s many people were pulling in lots of dollars through actions that did not really involve any abilities on their part other than to just push a button to say “buy it” or “sell it.” You can get into a very false sense of security if you put your certainty in the money. It is like believing in the image of the pig floating above the mirror. Try to ride that pig and you will fall into the hole.

Prosperity Consciousness

It is much better to be in state where inner energy, intelligence, knowledge and creativity are the source of your wealth. And then you add money as an amplification of that.

We all have aspects of these different patterns. We are needy in some ways and sufficient in other ways. We all have something to give. Some people, however, are stuck in a mode of constant giving to compensate for feeling inadequate. When you are in a state of inner abundance, you give because you overflow. Someone once said that prosperity means constantly living above your means. Living above your means all the time indicates that you have enough to take care of your needs, so you always live above that line. You know you can survive, so you go beyond those motives into creativity and “aliveness.” It is a much healthier state than feeling “I never have enough, I always have to work on survival, I always just get by.”

Being At the Center, Not Periphery of Your Life

All of these things that I am saying are to try to shift you to being at the center rather than at the periphery of your own life. When you are at the center of your own life you radiate a certain type of field, which strengthens everything around you and causes things to act in a supportive way. When you are functioning from the periphery, what you want is always somewhere else, and you are trying to get to it. You become like a moth around a flame, or like a vampire. You have to chase life because you think you are half-dead and desperately need to drink some life-juice to stay alive. This is a self-perpetuating pattern of belief. The more you seek, the more you thirst. But if you can restart from a centered sense of self, everything you had been seeking will begin to find you.

Taking Inventory

Now, take an inventory. Get a piece of paper and put a vertical line down the middle of the page. At the top, on the left side, write the word “survival,” and on the right side put the word “aliveness.” Start listing everything that you do in the course of a normal day, or normal week, and put it on the side of the line where it belongs.

How much of what you do is because of survival issues, just making sure that you are going to survive, one way or the other? Making sure that you are going to pay the rent, or that you can buy food tomorrow. That is all survival stuff. What about walking in a field and admiring the view. Is that survival? No. But certain things could appear on either side of the line, appearing on how you view them. If you love your work, and would do it even if you weren’t being paid, your job could go in both columns.

Make this list; you will quickly be able to evaluate the commitment of your energy. How much of what I do is survival-motivated? How much is aliveness-based?

The Survival Line

Most people kill themselves all their life in a job in order retire and die. This is what I mean by making Survival your purpose. It is a dead-end trip. It is not going to get you to prosperity. Guaranteed. If you shift over to the aliveness side, this is has a whole different flavor. No matter how the trip turns out, at least you’ll be getting the most from it while it’s happening.

Think of a station in the London subway, which is much deeper than NY subway system. By the time you have gotten down to where the trains are, you have usually taken 3 or 4 escalators and followed some hallways and you have gotten turned around so you have no idea which way is north, south, east, or west. So you must read signs which tell you which way to go to get to the blue line, the green line, the red line. How do you know which way to turn? The signs give the name of the train and the stations that it is going to go through, in sequence.

Let’s say that you come to the end of a hallway, and you have to turn either left or right. You read the signs. They say that turning right puts you on the Survival Line. Its first stop is always the same, and is called Security/Safety. You chose that. Then the next stop on that train is called Defense, because if you are going to stay safe, you’ll have to protect yourself.

So the more you get locked into Survival, the less you can move, because unpredictable movement might be dangerous. Safety is when you are locked in and well defended; you have weapons, and you have big walls up, and you have watchdogs and hired guards. That is “safe.” But you can’t go anywhere. This is the “Howard Hughes syndrome,” where you end up locked with your money into your own personally designed “safe.”

And what is the last stop on that Survival Train? Ironically, it is Death. Because of the way our minds work, what we focus on tends to expand in our experience. Fear thus becomes, in effect, a prayer for something you don’t want. To reach the end of the line, to be totally safe, you would have to stop living.

As Werner Erhardt once said, “If safety is what you need, three-dimensional reality is the wrong place to be.”

The Aliveness Line

Now on the Aliveness Line, the first stop is Uncertainty. You’re not sure what is going to happen next. You are just out there, exposed to the Universe. If you stay on the train beyond Uncertainty, you find that the next station is called Energy/Excitement. It is thrilling to be out there taking a risk. And then, at next stop, you begin to feel like things begin to integrate in a new way and you discover a New Balance which comes from motion itself. It’s something that you didn’t have when you were sitting still. It’s like riding a bicycle.

The first time you ride a bicycle it doesn’t make sense, and feels very insecure. You think, “There’s no way I can ride this thing.” Then after a while you discover the trick. The trick is keep peddling, to stay on the train. And then you reach this new kind of balance, which offers much more freedom than you had before.

So on the Aliveness Line you go through uncertainty, excitement, the build up of energy, now you start breathing faster, you can’t control your own body because things are happening too fast and there is a spontaneous kind of reaction going on. Your deeper organic intelligence is starting to run the show. You’re “out of control” in the old sense of the word.

But suddenly you discover the new balance, the thrill, the fun, and the excitement of Freedom. And that is the “last stop” of the Aliveness Train. It isn’t a stop at all, but rather a new world in which your train travels forever, where the track appears under the wheels as you direct yourself by choice, from moment to moment! The Aliveness Train leads to Aliveness; the Survival Train leads to Death.

True Freedom

And freedom is the scariest thing of all. What does freedom mean? Freedom means that you can do what you want when you want to do it. Nothing is forcing you. Nothing is limiting you. At first it is strange and unfamiliar. It is so different from what we have become accustomed to feeling that the first thing is to tighten up so that you at least have something to hold onto in yourself.

Since there is nothing out there that is pushing on you, your boundary dissolves and you don’t know who you are anymore. Your old limiting shape drops away as you discover freedom.

Looking at freedom from the perspective of someone who is very tightly controlled, you might think, “Freedom is going to feel really great. I am going to be able to express myself, I’m going to be able to run around and feel everything without fear.” That is not exactly how it is. That’s what you imagine when you are still trying to break out of control. But when you are free, it is very quiet. There is no wind blowing to push you in one direction or another. Once you learn to rest in it and be comfortable in it, you can initiate from that silence, at one with the Universe.

You Are the Universe

“Universe” means uni, one, -verse, turned in many different versions, different forms. The Uni-verse is one thing appearing through different aspects. You realize you are intrinsic to that one thing, therefore you are the Youniverse.

For a moment it is extremely lonely, coming from the old way where you were always trying to reach out and touch something to verify that you even existed. At first, like the vanishing pig, there is nothing there. There is nothing in the mirror. And then you realize that you are the mirror and you are the Universe, and you are completely unified and connected and there is no separation, and no distance. It is all yours. That is the ultimate prosperity consciousness.

Hearing this from a condition of not having enough or of being in lack, you might think. “I am not sure I really want to go there.” The spiritual question always comes up. What about those spiritual masters who expand their minds so much that they know the past and the future. Why don’t they just invest in the next Microsoft and make millions of dollars? Why don’t they tell us which horse to bet on at the racetrack? It is because they don’t want to anymore. That is the paradox of it. When you’re in the state of mind that has that kind of comprehension, you don’t care about getting any “thing” because you’ve got it ALL. You are not coming from insufficiency or lack.

You Have the Power

My old tai chi master used to say, “You will be sick until you are sick of being sick. Then you can get well.” So there will be people who will try one way or another to get rich, to compensate for feeling like they are not enough. After a while it just doesn’t seem to mean anything anymore. And finally they realize that what they seek is not “out there.” It is an inner state. And then they shift over.

Maybe they already have a lot of money, or maybe they don’t. But they feel good either way. What is interesting about very wealthy people, and I have worked with a lot of them in this type of approach, is that if they can get this idea and they already have the money, they can let go more easily. They are very close to this realization because of having lived under the illusion of safety that the money was supposed to provide.

A little move can shift them into cosmic consciousness. It doesn’t happen often, but when it does it is really phenomenal. They suddenly hook back into the “Youniverse” and all the wealth that they have becomes something that is absolutely shareable. Their well-being is now one with the well being of the environment. The gulf between themselves and others has disappeared. If they are going to feel even better than they already feel, they know that they must serve the largest number of people. And that becomes true abundance and true prosperity.

Natural Generosity

Natural generosity is not based on insufficiency, or compensation or lack. Nature is generous. Nature produces a lot of grass, a lot of flowers, a lot of water, a lot of mosquitoes. There are quite a few stars out there, and stars are very big, very bright, and unimaginably energetic. “Have a few billion of these!” It is the natural state.

When you recognize that and put yourself in tune with it, you suddenly realize that it is highly impolite to the Universe to be thinking in terms of lack. You have insulted it. No wonder it doesn’t invite you to the party!

Sai Baba

Sai Baba is an Indian man who is revered as a saint by millions of people around the world. Among the things he does as part of his mission is to manifest objects out of nothing. Scientists have gone there to study him and come away with no explanation other than that he is really doing it. If it is a trick, it is a miraculous trick.

I have seen a film of a festival that takes place once every few years. Sai Baba is standing there wearing a light robe with short sleeves in front of a great four-foot tall clay pot. He just puts his arm out over the opening and a very fine powder starts precipitating out of his open hand. It is called vibhuti or sacred ash. It usually comes from a sacred fire, but he just manifests it out of his hand.

The ash pours down into the empty pot, at first slowly, and then faster and faster until it is coming out like a fire hose. He fills the pot until it spills over. Then they pull it away, and put another one there, and another, and another. He makes enough vibhuti to last for years. The stuff smells nice and has a taste like violets or lavender. And it has healing properties. People take it home and put it on their altars. Now that’s a great “trick!”

At other times, he will produce toys for kids, jewels, gemstones, gold, silver, fruit that you can eat; he will sometimes produce photographs of people that you know. It just comes into of his hand as he gives it to you. A scientist who went there and eventually wrote a book about him was completely baffled by this. He was trying to be objective, and at the same time he was feeling so drawn to the spiritual power of this man. Finally he just couldn’t help himself and asked, “How do you do that?” Sai Baba looked at him and replied, “How do you not do that?”

Effortless Manifestation

That is what I mean about effortless manifestation. Experience has shown me that giving up the struggle makes things work better. It has taken a long time to give up my attachment to struggle. We think that the hard way is the right way. We believe that if we struggle then we will deserve a reward for having struggled. But if this were true, billions of hard-working people all over the world would be wealthy.

What is effective is using your free energy efficiently. You see this in the Olympics. Some athletes really try hard, and then they win or lose. But every once and a while you see someone who doesn’t struggle at all, and they win as well! It looks rather strange to us, because we are so accustomed to expecting pain associated with effort. But these athletes are using the principle of mind first, matter second. They don’t hold themselves back, but simply release themselves like an arrow from a bow. And an arrow does not struggle to fly through the air.

The more you relax into that mode, the better it works, until one day you do something effortlessly and perfectly. You feel strange the first time it happens because you didn’t have a sense of trying and you hardly think you did anything.

Consciousness is the Bow

Physical reality is the arrow. Consciousness, the energy of the life, is the bow. That is all that is going on. That is where you connect to “the prime mover.” If you search back far enough you realize that you did not have to wind up the clock. You started already like the arrow. But then you made yourself into a very tense arrow, trying to move forward in space.

Prosperity consciousness is like free fall, only you go up instead of down. This is really what being alive is like. That is how you get up in the morning. You just fall up.

The mystery of it is we can write our names, we can feed ourselves, we can go to sleep at night and get up in the morning and nobody knows how we do it. Nobody actually knows how the body heals when it is injured. The real medicine is life. The real prosperity is life. The real support system is life. Like skilled sailors, we can chose to sail either with the wind or against it; but in both cases, it is the wind that moves us.

The Penguins

I heard recently that someone is doing a study of the effect on penguin groups of repeated low flyovers of aircraft. There have been claims, which are thus far anecdotal, that when a pilot flies towards a group of penguins at a fairly low altitude the penguins, all in their little group, see the plane, then turn and face it as it comes towards them. As it flies overhead they all look up and they keep watching it pass over them until they all fall over backwards.

So now someone is allegedly going to Antarctica to see if that story is true. They will attempt to photograph and document the behavior and see how long it takes the penguins to learn to turn around rather than fall over.

Social reality is like that. Most of us are like the penguins: we all fall over backwards together. True or not, it is a good image to remember. What is Reality?

Are you beginning to understand that what you considered to be reality, i.e. the necessity of struggle, and the way money has worked for you, and success and failure – that all of it is subject to review? When you catch yourself with limiting thoughts, just relax, then think less limiting thoughts. You will discover that the pressure drops away and things start working more smoothly. Less friction, less noise, less wasted energy. It is easy to forget that simple option. That is why people meditate, to give themselves time to stop. Because the rest of the time we are too busy, too involved with our old role, the part that we have been playing since our childhood.

As homework, as a start, I would like you to think of one family member with whom you had some ongoing issue. It could be your mother, your father, a brother, and a sister. How many other people in your life have you projected that role onto in some exaggerated or diluted or disguised form? This is the beginning of how you step out of the old role. You have been repeatedly trying to deal with that unresolved situation, by setting it up again in order to try solving it. But since you didn’t solve it in childhood the tendency is to keep it unsolved now in order to maintain the same relationship dynamic. It is like a tape loop that plays over and over again with a new cast of characters each time.

Catching the Money

Money plays into that picture like a handle or a dial to tune in the emotional issue. When you encounter that situation in the present you feel an emotional tone which reminds you of how you felt when you were younger and dealing with that family member. So if you are trying to catch the money, you are going to reach for the “pig” and not find it there. If you locate the old emotional issue and get that straightened out, then suddenly the money will behave differently.

You’re Smarter Than You Know

It is like discovering that you are a lot smarter than you knew. Let’s say that you have always wanted to work for a financial genius who would solve all the problems, a boss that knew what you should do. You are in fact working for just such a genius. The aspect of your mind that knows how to maintain your body, grow it from a small child and teach it language and teach it all the things that you can do is remarkably brilliant. When you stop being smart and just become open you will amaze yourself with how much you know.

Stopping the Struggle

There is a moment where you stop struggling and you feel like nothing is going to happen. You’ll have to pass through that one. And then things move and you go with them, you start going with the Universe. Like learning to ride a bicycle, it goes along just fine until you start thinking about it. And then you may wobble. You run into a bump because your conscious mind wants to know how you are doing this. Bit by bit you get a sense of increased freedom, increased flow, being with the universe, not outsmarting yourself, and trusting your intuition, not having to figure it all out. Just keep listening and feeling and paying attention.

Keeping the Balance

At a certain point you learn to keep your balance. How do you do that? You don’t know.

Your intention is the bowstring. The Universe is the bow. The energy is already there. You don’t have to turn it on. Just let the arrow go. Practice until the target finds you. Lao-tzu was the ancient Chinese philosopher of Tao, or “The Way.”

He said: “Through Non-action everything is accomplished; The Sage desires to be desireless; My words are easy to understand.”

He said these paradoxical things as if they made sense. What could he mean?

Lao-tzu is pointing out that desire and life are the same thing. Life is aggressive. It moves. It doesn’t stay where it is. It grows. It expands. It breathes. Taking a breath is aggressive, taking something from out there and pulling it in, taking space as you move into it, as you grow bigger. So life, which is who you are, is aggressive, meaning it desires expansion and change.

The wise person, the Sage, realizes that life is that self-moving force. Instead of trying to get somewhere, or have something, or control others, the wise person uses the principle of natural expansion and desire to achieve a state called Desirelessness. It turns desire around on itself, not to stop it but to fulfill it.

Being Desireless

Being desireless means: 1) to have everything you want, or 2) to want exactly what you have. If you begin with version 2 you will be able to realize version 1 more easily, since they are intrinsically the same state.

Your natural life force wakes you up each morning and says, “let’s go.” Resisting your life force is very tiring. If it wakes you up in the morning, let it take you to its natural potential. Life is like a big game player and you are its piece on the board. You are going to feel best when you play the game really well. Trust life and life will move you toward things or away from things; it will resonate and connect you with other people who are flowing towards the same goals and purposes.

Let’s say you are addicted to struggle. You will wind up with a group of people who love to struggle and make life tough for each other. Your friends are going to be strugglers. You go to a party and there are some happy people, and then there are some complainers. You always end up with the complainers in your life. Why? Because happy people don’t like to struggle! You come over with this frown on your brain, they say “How do you do,” and then they just naturally go on and find someone who is easier to breathe with, while you go to someone who is as clamped as you are in order to have company. People polarize and form cliques. You have to give up the struggle if you want to be with happy people. Only remember, don’t struggle too hard to give it up.

The Coffeeshop

I drove down into town yesterday for some coffee. The woman working there said, “That will be $3.75″ with an expression that said, “I’m sorry, it’s going to have to cost you money. You are going to have to pay me, and it is so unpleasant.” She had no awareness that she was doing this. Her whole life was in stress around this issue. She could have said, “Hey, you get to pay $3.75. Isn’t that great?” It is great. It is part of breathing. It’s the exhale part. You spent the money! That felt great! Now it’s become coffee. Terrific! And she gets paid and she goes to a movie and it is wonderful!

You can live in scarcity (Scare City) or Abundance. The choice is yours.

Reviewing Your Business Patterns

I would like to leave you with something to apply and actually test out. You need to analyze your own business patterns, review your financial autobiography and think about your parents. But while you do that, see if you can, in all your activity, become less like a sparrow that is chased like a hawk, darting here and there and flapping your wings, and become more like a kite anchored to the ground by something that is secure. Kites don’t struggle to stay aloft; they use the wind. Let your everyday interactions lift you towards your goal. Feel like you are riding on the breezes life brings you. And see if you can get your timing right.

The surfing analogy is also good. Waves don’t have any handles. The surfboard doesn’t have any handles. You just have to be on top of the board and with the wave. Then you get to walk on water. So in every interaction, notice when you start to work at it. Just notice. And right there, relax, and then proceed. The moment you see yourself pushing, relax, and proceed. Find balance in the present. Another way of saying it is, we are either ahead of ourselves because we are worrying about the future, or behind ourselves because we are obsessed with the past. When you can let things be exactly as they are, and then move with them, you will find your power returning.

So in summary, prosperity consciousness involves:

Clearing your mind of subconscious limiting beliefs;

Retraining your reflexes from stress to relaxation;

Placing value in quality of experience, not in money;

Remaining aware of your link with the creative energy of the Universe;

Keeping a clear eye on vital goals, while managing your survival needs with maximum efficiency.

In the words of Leonardo da Vinci: “He turns not back who is bound to a star.”
